The privatisation operations can be conducted:    

• By resorting to the financial market (entry into the stock market or public offer of sale)  
  
• By calling for an expression of interest;   
  
• Through a call for tenders;   
  
• By resorting to the mutual agreement, after obtaining approval from the CPE and upon a detailed report from the MIPI; 
  
• Through any other privatisation method aiming to promote popular shareholding (employee buy-out).
