On Tuesday 18 December 2007, the fifth Algerian Quality Award was given to ALRIM, a public company which creates metal infrastructures and equipment.
The CEO of this company was presented with a trophy, a certificate and a cheque for 2 million dinars.  See http://www.ianor.org

The Algerian Quality Award, instituted by the executive decree n°2002-05 of 6 January, was started in 2003 by the Ministry for Industry.
2002 Organised in the form of an annual competition open to businesses and organisations operating in Algeria, this award provides recognition and compensation for efforts made to promote the quality process.
